The Board is made up of member representatives from each state. State branches of the Australiana Society also have their own committees (see below).
State branches of the Australiana Society have been formed to promote the objectives of the Society within each state. A committee for each branch is responsible for organising local meetings and events. In South Australia, an interest group meets every month for a show and tell.
One of the key aims of the committees is to increase membership of the Society in each state and provide events where members can share their common interest of Australiana, promote and learn more about the topic.
